Return and Refund Policy

At Sebastian Purrington, each product is made to order through our trusted production partners. Because of this production model, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or preference.

However, we stand behind the quality of our products. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Eligibility for replacements or refunds:
- The issue must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
- The customer must provide the order number and clear photographic evidence of the problem.

If the claim is approved, we will either:
- Send a replacement item, or
- Issue a full refund to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse refund or replacement requests that do not meet the above conditions.
